This procedure has been established to provide a framework for the training program of the company. This procedure applies to Texas Quality Assurance Geophysical Instruments personnel. Training is to be evaluated for their risk to the quality of product or service, or the health and safety of the employee and graded as Aware, Comp, or Dem based upon that risk. This evaluation is recorded in the Training Matrix. The training matrix shall be approved by a member of Top Management. Documentation for Basic Competency and Demonstrated competency training shall be maintained in QMS in the employee training record.
