A key component to preventing a non-conformity is identification of the problem. Far too often a non-conformity is simply overlooked until they result in more dramatic problems. On the flip side, the most innovative organizations encourage their teams to identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis. The Good Catch Card system is perfect for both identifying nonconforming products or process (even anonymously) and gives your team access to management to share ideas for continual improvement.

These may be based on a total number of Good Catches submitted, or perhaps employees to submit one monthly like clock work.
